The Week That Was
The week started out going to church Sunday morning and out for a pleasant breakfast at Perkins. The rest of that day was spent reading, calling family on the phone, and working on my computer. Much of my daily routine includes computer time as I do lots of surveys and other interesting computer tasks. Once a week I bring my bank accounting up to date, pay bills, and check out new websites for surveys (which brings me in some money for extras). This week I also received my new eye glasses and discovered that they were tinted too dark and will have to return them. While picking up my glasses, I also did some shopping for items that I will need for sewing and organizing my files. A friend called up on Thursday and invited us out to eat at a local restaurant called “That Place.” Ending the week, on Saturday morning we went downtown for a free “omelet” breakfast sponsored by our local bank. All in all it was a pretty normal week.
