He is very charming and young personality, his way of detecting things is very amazing. There are many little sub stories of the Sherlock Holmes all are based on the detective. I would like to share one of the small stories which I like the most. The story was based on the firing of the house and murder involvement. The amazing detection of Holmes is that the person who gave the complaint is the murderer. Like wise there are many adventures actions of the Holmes in detection, this will be more interesting for all the ages of people which made me to enjoy.

Why I’m a Fark Fanatic

The logo of Fark.com website.
Image via Wikipedia

For some time, the only website I visit daily has been FARK.com. Fark is essentially a news aggregator specializing in oddball, weird and funny news items, but breaking news is also posted on Fark. In fact, it impresses me that Fark often beats major news aggregator sites such as Google News when it comes to getting a story online fast. Fark’s main page is a constantly updated list of links to stories published on websites around the world. Each story is given a brief and generally snarky description by the person submitting the link and the story is assigned a tag, ranging from “asinine” to “spiffy.” Interspersed among the news links, Fark posts several Photoshop contests daily. The contests have a unique theme, recent examples being “inappropriate amusement park rides” and “earn your own entry on Snopes.com.” Humor is generally the main goal here but some of the posts are beautiful examples of Photoshop artistry. I’m a graphic designer and these contests are my favorite part of Fark. Fark’s slogan is, “It’s not news, it’s Fark.” Fark’s creator and operator, Drew Curtis, believes mainstream media have strayed too far from thoughtful and thorough coverage of news in favor of Fark-style journalism that values entertainment over information. Ironically, without the wealth of light-weight stories to collect from the mainstream press, a site like Fark could not survive.

Azumanga Daioh: The Animation

The most impressive, and probably my favorite, TV show that I have seen would be Azumanga Daioh: The Animation. Its cute and laugh filled portrayal of what it could be like as a girl in a Japanese high school have always made me think, and the show certainly keeps you entertained. The comic mischief and hilarious antics of the main group of girls as they progress through their three years of high school warm the heart and the soul, making this a must-watch for anyone longing to remember what it was like to be young. The some-what serious nature underlying the whole story that of what it means to grow up is something that can appeal to anyone. Watching these young girls struggle to make the grade, worry about what they’re going to do once they get out of high school, or despairing over the lack of funds they have to do things, makes it seem like life really isn’t so complicated after all. But most of all, I just like to laugh at the fun things that always seem to make me smile in this series.

A Day with the Girls

OAKLAND, CA - JANUARY 08: The Wal-Mart logo i...

I had not seen my best friends in over month due to us living in different cities and the lack of gas money. She sent me a text message jokingly asking me to come see her. As luck would have it, I had just come across some money. So, the next morning I made my way to her town. Apart from each other we can be very creative, but together we are very dull. She lives in a very, very small town, so we figured the best thing to do was to upgrade and go to a not-as-small town. Out of all of the places that we could have chosen to go, we chose the town in which we go to college. During the school year we mostly complain about how there is nothing to do there, but last weekend we talked about how much we missed it. Rather than us finding something to do on campus, we went to Wal-Mart, also known as The Mall. After we left there, we went to another small town, but not as small as my best friend’s town. It was bigger than her town, but smaller than our other “hometown”. Once again, we ended up at Wal-Mart. We purchased a package of ready to bake cookies and headed back to her house where we played with the cookie dough and had girl talk. It may not have been the most exciting weekend, but it was pleasant one. The fun was in spending time with a really good friend.

An Open Letter to My Future Sons-In-Law

My daughters are only 8 and 4 but I know you are out there somewhere, lurking and waiting to spirit them away from me – you are my future sons-in-law. You are amazing, obviously, just like my treasured offspring and perhaps maybe more so. Though I am sorry to hear about your lack of hearing, trust me, being deaf is the only way to cope with the two volume (loud and louder) settings of their voices. And while growing up with 20 brothers isn’t necessarily ideal, at least it will prepare you for mealtime with my girls – remember to scrape the food off their shirts and from under the seats since you can assemble a whole new meal from it. And I’m glad that your Uncle owns a pig farm since my babies also appreciate mud and all its uses. And you won’t ever have to worry about waiting around in the future because they’re too busy fussing over a hairstyle, these girls only comb on an annual basis. I’m so super happy that your top job pick is pyro-technician. You’ll need steely reserve to endure the slamming, banging, jumping, running, throwing, galloping, hopping, skipping, screaming, shouting and “singing” that will be the soundtrack of your life. Like I said, you are amazing, just like my daughters. Oh, and should you prove to be not so amazing then you will experience more slamming and banging then you would have ever thought possible.

Watching F.R.I.E.N.D.S with friends

The best way to pass time and hang out with your friends having fun, is by watching a funny movie or a funny TV show. My friends and I just love sitting together to watch the world’s most popular show, F.R.I.E.N.D.S. We have watched it over and over and every dialogue is now embedded in our minds. Yet, there’s a never a day that any of us feel like we’ve had enough of it. The show has a wonderful sense of humor, which is enjoyed by adults of all age groups, be it youngsters, their parents, or even their grandparents. We sit together and decide who likes which character the best and try to mimic them. Their jokes have now become so popular among kids our age. Every girl wants to be pretty like Rachel, smart like Monica and funny like Phoebe and the boys feel the same way about Ross, Chandler and Joey.

Slacking Back at Home

Clothes Closet

Today I am really styling, wearing the latest in casual couture. It’s 90 degrees outside, the air conditioner is blasting inside, and it is 74 degrees. I have no intention of boiling my brain until later, so I am kicking back in the most casual of dress. Since I work at home and no one can see me, it doesn’t matter what I wear. A comfortable large blue t-shirt with a relaxing lighthouse picture on the front is suitable for working at the computer, and a comfortable pair of baggy dark blue sweats protects my sensitive legs from my husband’s tendency to overcool the earth. In this most casual of garb I am both comfortable and warm. Best of all – my adoring husband loves me anyway and says it doesn’t matter how I look while I am hard at work. Better than wearing a business suit any day, in my opinion!

Bull Doggy

I am adopting a dog for 3 years. His name is Vicky. He is black in color. Normally he looks so big and fatty. All use to call my dog as bull doggy. The children near my house will get afraid when they saw him. But my dog is innocent in nature. We use to go to park daily morning. There we use to play for 2 hours. One day I went to market, there I saw a new dog clothes in variety of designs and colors. I decided to buy one for my dog. It cost 6$. The dog clothe is made up of fur and black in color. My dog looks nice when it wears a dog clothe. There are many kinds of dog clothes available in market now days.

Singing and cooking- my passion

I love cooking and consider it to be my favorite hobby. I developed an interest in cooking long time back watching my mother cook delicious food. Whenever I get free time from my busy schedule, I search for recipes of dishes I haven’t made before and start working on the dish instantly. I especially like cooking Thai, Chinese, Mexican, Indian and Russian dishes. My husband is also very supportive and helps me in cooking at times. Apart from cooking, I like singing as well. I am trained in Indian Classical music. Whenever I feel depressed or gloomy, I sing my favorite tracks and feel an instant relaxation. I started singing from the age of 6 and received formal training in music from the age of 7 till 21. Music lets me forget all the worldly pains and sorrows. It takes me to a world of solitude and happiness. I also like listening to classical music. Sometimes in office I use my earphones to listen to classical music and feel relaxed and rejuvenated.

Ahhh, the Joy of Mexican!

Creating and eating tacos is always a new experience, adding new items and tastes make taco night an exciting time. My family tried something different, instead of using hamburger we used ground turkey believe it or not, with the taco sauce mixed in, and the taste didn’t change much. Also I got creative and added some hot sauce in mine, yum. Also some like the hard shell but my family prefers the soft shell. We also use sour cream, taco cheese mix, tomatoes, and lettuce. We make the taco ingredients in bulk so we can make taco salads with the leftovers. To add a little American in the meal we add French fries as another finger food, I think next time we will have sweet potato fries instead. In the end this meal required no silverware. Overall I think taco night was a giant success, I can not wait till the next taco night!
