Feeling the Pressure from Peers

I feel very fortunate that I have never felt the effects of peer pressure. Throughout middle school and high school, I was friends with people who never made me feel as though I had to give into the things they were doing. As I found out friends were doing things that I did not approve of, I would end the friendship so that I was not affected by their poor choices. I had very supportive and loving friends in high school and college, and I am so thankful for people who were willing to have a high moral standard for themselves and their friends.

Primitive Eating Habits

If I was limited to three things that I had to eat every day for the rest of my life, it would be very challenging to choose just three things. I would want to have chicken every day. There seems to be a lot more that you can do to prepare that than you can with any other food. I could bake it, I could fry it, and I could shred it. I love chicken and noodles, but if I could only pick three things, I would nix the noodles. I would also have to have ice cream. I could not just pick one kind, but I would want it to include all kinds of ice cream. I would also want to have some sort of side like corn on the cob.

Beauty in Hidden Places

It is hard for me to identify the most beautiful thing I have ever seen because I am so young and I know that I will see so many more beautiful things in my lifetime. But for now, I believe just the sunrise on the beach or in the mountains. I have always enjoyed my vacations on the beach or whenever we vacation in the mountains. It makes you feel at peace, and you get to see God’s majesty at work. I would love to travel to Ireland one day and see the beauty of that, or to go to Alaska and see what beauty is in store up there.

Lottery Provides a Changed Life

If I won the lottery, I am not sure if there is anything that I would want to change about my life. Perhaps I would spend the money to pay off my student loan debt so that I could save all the money from my job for a future wedding. I have a lot of money in student loan debt, so it would be great to be able to get rid of that. I would also be a lot more generous with how much money I give to missionaries because I would have more money to work with. But other than that, I do not think that I would want to change my lifestyle or anything.
