I joined as a teacher in a CBSE school. I am famous for my new techniques to teach the 1 to 5 classes. I never took cane for punishing the children. After I got promotion as a principal, I totally changed the scenes in a school. Children felt as though they came to a play ground. Teachers first felt little confused but latter they understood my idea and cooperated with me. Parents were surprised to see their wards going to the school happily and enjoy learning. This is because I instructed the teachers to limit the home work. In India parents pester the school to give more homework as they had an idea that more home work means more knowledge. But I broke the scene and gave children ample time for playing and relax. This created confidence in the minds of children. They learn to think creatively as my loading of syllabus is such that I gave exercises to make them think and do. So practically they learnt everything. Naturally this job gave me full satisfaction in my life. Even after my retirement I am given AO post in a matriculation school. But due to my ill health I could not continue in that post. I enjoyed y days as a principal. That is my favorite job.
