You have to swipe to get in because security is so tight. There are not a lot of windows. All the doors are locked. Jail? No it’s a call center. It is defiantly a love hate job. You can get the nicest people on the phone. But there are the ones that are just looking to yell and scream and nothing else. I think I have been called every name in the book. I have been threatened violence, I have been propositioned. It is amazing what some people think is ok to say to someone just because they are on the phone. People do not understand how hard it is to do that job and put up with that all day and just say I’m sorry while someone is calling you names. I enjoyed the good customers and had some great times with them but I think that is not enough to make me want to go back.
