One morning I answered the phone and women said to me “Do you remember entering the “Win a Trip Anywhere in the World Contest” at the Airport on April 14. This was on May 31. I said “Yes” because I kind of did. She said “Well you won” I was so excited. I immediately phoned my husband and we talked of going to Australia or Thailand. As time went on and I talked more to the Trip Anywhere in the World people it turned out my trip had limitations. It could only be 1 week, it was for 2 and it couldn’t be over $5,000.00. Jeez… after looking at all the travel books that left Mexico. We couldn’t even afford Cuba! As it turned out my husband works in the movie industry and signed onto a 6 month contract so he wasn’t even able to go with me. The trip had to be taken within the next 6 months. My daughter and I went to Puerto Vallarta for 2 weeks. I paid extra for the extra week. My parents came with us. We had so much fun. As we live in Alberta it was just so nice to get away from the cold. This was our third trip to Puerto Vallarta and I just love it. This was the first time we went to the Costco there though. My daughter had gotten an ear infection so we went to the pharmacy at Costco and the pharmacist gave her 2 prescriptions that fixed her right up. We had a hard time getting my mother out of Costco as they have all the liquor samples like they have food samples here. I need to win a free trip every year.
